    The state health department has confirmed reports of one dead and nine more sickened from a botulism outbreak associated found in nacho cheese sauce at a gas station in Walnut Grove. Cheese sauce bought at Valley Oak Food and Fuel gas station in Walnut Grove tested positive for the toxin that causes botulism.
