    A Breaux Bridge man was arrested Tuesday night on third-degree rape after a warrant was issued for his arrest a week ago, just days before he graduated from Southern University. Southern University Police Department arrested 32-year-old Clayton Douglas Paul Bossier after a woman told police that Bossier inappropriately touched and raped her on Jan. 19 after she went to his dorm room to sleep because her roommate's snoring kept her up at night.
