McMickle, 25, of Brazil, were arrested by Indiana State Police when troopers stopped a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier at 10:58 a.m. after witnessing a cigarette being thrown from the car, which had a faulty brake light. During the investigation, troopers found about 2.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine, about 3 grams of suspected marijuana, syringes and assorted paraphernalia inside a bag in the car.
