    A Brasher Falls man has been identified by state police as the person killed Friday night in an ATV crash. Troopers said at about 8:30 p.m. at Route 11 and Hallahan Road in the town of Lawrence, Roger J. Deshane, 46, of Brasher Falls, was operating a 1997 Yamaha Wolverine ATV, traveling south, when he failed to stop at a stop sign on Route 11. Mr. Deshane's ATV struck the side of a loaded 53-foot trailer attached to a 2013 International Harvester tractor operated by Henry J. Hart Jr., 61, of Plattsburgh, which was traveling east on Route 11. Mr. Deshane was thrown from his ATV into the westbound lane of Route 11 and was struck by a 2009 Honda Accord, operated by Nathan H. Magne, 25, of Montpelier, Vt.
