    A former doctor charged with killing a Yale University physician will undergo a psychological review to see if he remains competent to represent himself at trial. New Haven Superior Court Judge Thomas O'Keefe Jr. said Tuesday he will hold a competency hearing in early April in the case of 49-year-old Lishan Wang, a Chinese citizen, after Wang meets with mental health experts.

They say employees gave police a description of the suspects and their vehicle, leading to police finding them in the parking lot of another liquor store.

A United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut announced that Cherry Hill Construction, Inc. will face sentencing to one count of filing a false tax return, and one count of making a false statement in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, .

"As the officers looked at it a little closer they obviously noticed it wasn't an actual iPhone and questioned the individual," said West Haven Police Sergeant Dave Tammaro.

    The state Division of Criminal Justice says 45-year-old David Meyers of Nut Plains Road collected thousands of dollars in Medicaid payments for mental health services provided by his clinic without the required supervision of a licensed psychiatrist. According to the arrest warrant, Meyers submitted documents to the state Department of Social Services in February 2010, portraying that his outpatient psychiatric clinic, Cornerstones in Branford, had on staff a licensed psychiatrist who was the medical director responsible for supervising the clinic's provision of mental health services.
