    A Lincoln County man was in custody, last week, in connection with an alleged domestic incident in the Branchland area. According to a criminal complaint filed in Lincoln County Magistrate Court, Emmert Ray Gillman, Jr., 30, with an address at Hubball Road in Branchland, was charged with strangulation, domestic assault, and domestic battery.
