    The open seat on the Bradley Village Board was filled in quick fashion as former Kankakee County Treasurer Nick Allen was appointed to the six-member board by a 4-1 vote Monday. The 33-year-old Allen replaces Jaclyn Dugan-Roof, who resigned her board seat late last year.

The teen admitted to investigators to causing all the damage, in addition to other similar incidents in Bourbonnais around the neighborhood of Olivet Nazarene University.
