Terrance Desmond Wheeler, 40, was turning his car left into the driveway of a convenience store near 600 West and 3900 South on Oct. 18, 2014, when he collided with a motorcycle driven by 39-year-old Justin Greaves, according to charges filed in 3rd District Court.
