    A Boulder home owner will not be charged after the resident shot and killed Roberto Zamora, a student from CU - Boulder, who broke into a home on Pima Court on the night of May 4. Evidence found in an investigation showed that Mr. Zamora attempted to enter other homes before he entered the house on 98 Pima Court. He entered that home forcefully, without permission and then attacked the homeowner.

Berry "Tyler" Allen was first reported missing by his family, who lives in the Chicago area, on April 18. They told Boulder Police that Allen had not been seen since a choir class on April 14, though he had sent a text to friends on April 16 saying he had stayed at a friend's house and pulled an all-nighter at the library.
