    In an incident reported earlier this week, Boulder Police say a man received a phone call from a phone number out of Mexico during which an unidentified caller told the man a group had kidnapped his daughter and were holding her hostage until he agreed to pay them money. The caller then put a female on the line who was yelling and crying saying that she had been kidnapped.
