    A town of Leyden man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly getting into an altercation at his neighbor's the previous day. Lewis County sheriff's deputies charged Abner S. Rosbrook, 34, Thayer Hill Road, with second-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree harassment.

    State police said Bonita S. York, 48, Turin, was driving south in a 2011 GMC Terrain when an oncoming 1999 Nissan pickup truck driven by James H. Hance, 65, Boonville, crossed into the southbound lane, causing a head-on collision. Mr. Hance had to be freed from the wreckage by Martinsburg and Lowville firefighters and was taken by helicopter to St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica, for treatment of chest injuries.
