He came under investigation after the Durant Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division was called Sunday to AllianceHealth in Durant, and upon arrival an investigator learned the girl was approximately two months pregnant, and during an interview, she said she had sex with a man identified as Richardson, according to police.

Dill has been a life-long resident in Bryan County and is one of the oldest living residents in the county. He was born in the community of Buffalo, seven miles east of Caddo, to Dock Felton and Ollie Mae Dill.
