    A Louisiana man has pleaded guilty to forcible rape of a 6-year-old girl and been sentenced to 20 years in prison. Warren Montgomery, the district attorney for Washington and St. Tammany parishes, says 67-year-old Carl Roigers, of Bogalusa, entered the plea Monday and state District Judge Alan Zaunbrecher sentenced him.

    District Attorney Warren Montgomery said Thursday that 41-year-old Andrew Fonz Hunt, of Franklinton, 29-year-old Louis Crawford III of Bogalusa and 27-year-old Kendrick Baker of Bogalusa were indicted Tuesday, each of them charged with first-degree rape of a pre-teen child. Montgomery's spokeswoman says that until they're arraigned, prosecutors won't know whether they have lawyers who could speak for them.
