    The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says Philip Eckstein, 79, was traveling southbound on Lyons Road and began turning left onto SW 14th Street in Boca Raton when a car driven by 29-year-old Jordan Trouf impacted into the right front of Eckstein's vehicle. Investigators say Eckstein was unaware of the impending danger from Trouf's vehicle, which was being driven faster than the 40 mph speed limit.
