Brandon Gene Hart, 25, was arrested on child endangerment and DUI complaints about 9:15 p.m. Thursday after flipping his car into a ditch police estimated to be 20 feet deep near S Meridian Ave. and SW 15. Witnesses pulled a 6-year-old boy and a baby girl less than 6 months old from the car and stayed with them in a nearby parking lot until police arrived, according to a police report.
