    State police at Hazleton said Mr. Walsh was a passenger in a Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by Jesse David Mayne, 22, of Archbald, which crashed and was disabled in a lane of traffic near mile marker 156 around 5:40 a.m. A Volvo tractor-trailer, driven by Erby Lewis Sims, 53, of Chicago, traveling behind the Monte Carlo, then struck the car, police said. Police said the second collision caused Mr. Walsh's fatal injuries.
