A truck caught fire on I-94 Friday destroying a cargo trailer and burning about an acre of ditch grass about 13 miles west of Valley City. David Manwiller, 42, of Bismarck was driving a Peterbuilt semi-truck from Fargo to Bismarck pulling two enclosed trailers when he sensed the truck was not operating properly just before 5 a.m. Saturday, according to a media release from Sgt.
