    The National Weather Service in Binghamton, N.Y. will conduct a basic SKYWARN weather spotters training class Tuesday at the Pike County Training Center, 135 Pike County Blvd. The free class is open to everyone. Volunteers will learn how to report severe weather, which enhances the credibility and accuracy of warnings issued by the service, said David Nicosia, warning coordination meteorologist for the National Weather Service at Binghamton.
