    The Broome County Sheriff's Office says a 68-year-old woman has died after being pinned beneath her vehicle on the shoulder of Interstate 81 northbound in Binghamton. The sheriff's office says Sandra Roloson of Kirkwood stopped on the shoulder for an unknown reason around 6 a.m. Friday.
