Cadillac Fire Marshal Anthony Wolff said Friday it was determined by the him and the Wexford County Prosecuting Attorney's office that 100 yards of material will need to be removed from the site every week.

Cadillac Fire Marshal Anthony Wolff said he wrote a failure to comply ticket earlier this year, and after no progress was made on site cleanup, it was forwarded to the prosecutor's office.
