    A county-owned Big Pine Key building with structural problems sparked a Wednesday discussion about a new supermarket proposed for the Lower Keys island. Monroe County commissioners, meeting in Key Largo, approved sending a 120-day notice of lease termination to Habitat for Humanity of Key West and the Lower Florida Keys, which leases the 12,000-square-foot building near mile marker 30. A recent engineering report says the building has serious "life-safety issues" and defects that could cost more than $570,000 to repair, commissioners heard.
