    The U.S. Attorney's office for the Southern District of Iowa says former Bettendorf city electrician Robert Webster, of Davenport, pleaded guilty Friday in federal court to five bribery counts. Prosecutors say officials with Brown Traffic Products of Davenport provided cash, vacations, sporting tickets and meals to influence Webster and to reward him for steering lucrative contracts to their firm.
