    A prison chaplain was arrested Thursday for felonies alleging he smuggled cellphones, marijuana, Suboxone and tobacco into the federal men's prison in Berlin, where he sold the contraband to inmates. According to a federal affidavit, chaplain Joseph Buenviaje, 53, of Berlin, sold the phones, drugs and tobacco to inmates for approximately $12,000 this year.
