    Because a key witness wasn't available, a murder charge was dismissed today against a Pittsburg man who was arrested for a fatal shooting in Berkeley last year. Antiown Ramon York, 26, had been charged with the death of 26-year-old Jermaine Davis, who was shot in the 1800 block of Derby Street in South Berkeley at 6:52 p.m. on July 17, 2013.
