The thefts of the carts, which have occurred near Haas Pavilion and Moffitt Library, are considered felony vehicle thefts by police - even for collegiate pranksters who may be whipping their unattended wheels around campus for a spin.

Delamontae Stewart , 22, and Zachery Haliburton , 19, both Oakland residents, were arrested on suspicion of robbery and possession of stolen property, police said.
