According to American Electric Power spokeswoman Carmen Prati-Miller, AEP is waiting on signed paperwork from officials with the city of Benwood before proceeding with the utility line work.

James and John School in Benwood being displaced after fire destroyed the parish's adjoining church March 30, it didn't take long for the council to raise $1,000 in hopes of returning the children to their original school as soon as possible.
