    The Benton Harbor Parks Conservancy is set to host the inaugural Benton Harbor Holiday Lights Celebration on Friday, November 21. Festivities start at 4:30 pm at the Benton Harbor Public Library and will close with the lighting of the city's official Christmas tree at 6 pm in Dwight P. Mitchell City Center Park. The parks conservancy is working with Kalamazoo-based Christmas Decor by Naylor Landscape for what they're promising will be a "stunning display of holiday lighting" throughout downtown.
