    A local man who was critically injured in a crash involving an off-road motorcycle last month now faces charges, according to Vermont State Police. Troopers had reported Kevin Delaney, 24, of Sunderland was injured the afternoon of May 6 when the dirt bike he was riding on Sunderland Hill Road left the roadway and collided with a tree.
