    A case against a Bennington man charged with multiple felonies related to heroin trafficking and selling heroin was dismissed by a Vermont Superior Court judge Tuesday morning. Deven Moffitt, 28, was charged in July 2016 with trafficking heroin transported into the state, felony conspiracy to sell a regulated drug, attempted sale of heroin more than a gram, heroin possession over a gram, and cocaine possession less than 2.5 grams, according to court documents.
