    Dushawn Fuller, 33, of Atkins Street, Bennettsville, was placed in the Scotland County jail without bond Friday on charges of attempted murder, second-degree kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and larceny of a motor vehicle. Fuller repeatedly cut Ashley Broddy, of Mill Street, Laurinburg, with a razor blade on her face, chest and arms during an altercation at Broddy's home, according to Laurinburg Assistant Police Chief Cliff Sessoms.
