Deland Beaulieu's mother, Rita Beaulieu, confirmed via Facebook Messenger on Thursday, March 22, that her son, as well as a 17-year-old boy not identified by law enforcement, had been found.

    Authorities on Friday released the name of a Park Rapids man who was killed in a head-on collision on Thursday morning on an icy U.S. 71 in Hubbard County. Dale Maves, 75, was northbound on Highway 71 driving a 1999 Volkswagen Beetle when he was struck head-on by a 2002 Subaru Legacy, which was southbound on the highway but slid on the icy road into the northbound lane.

    One man was killed and two others injured after a home that was being placed on a foundation fell from its support on Sunday morning in northwest Minnesota, the Beltrami County sheriff's office said. Emergency personnel responded Sunday to Shotley Township, about 40 miles north of Bemidji, and were able to extricate Joshua O'brien, 25, of Blackduck, from under the building and initiated lifesaving efforts, but were unsuccessful.
