Police arrested 25-year-old Jose Gomez-Portillo earlier this week after police say he broke into a woman's residence in the 10000 block of Lime Tree Way in Beltsville before 6 a.m. Dec. 23, 2017, sexually assaulted her and then ran away.

    A 65-year-old Prince George's County man who suffered from dementia and had been missing since last week was found dead in Glen Burnie on Tuesday. Anne Arundel police said Daniel DeHaven, of Beltsville, was found in a wooded area off Dorsey Road near BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport after officers responded to a citizen's call shortly before 5 p.m. DeHaven was originally reported missing on Jan. 3 by Prince George's County police, who said he suffered from dementia and was "non-verbal."
