    The state has revoked the license of a north Jersey anesthesiologist who is facing trial in June for submitting $1.5 million in phony Medicare claims, acting Attorney General Robert Lougy announced Thursday. Amgad Hessein, 59, of Belmar also must pay a $130,000 fine and reimburse the state $308,750 for its investigative and legal costs, Lougy said, citing an order by the state Board of Medical Examiners, New Jersey's physician disciplinary board.
