    Prosecutors have charged a Bellingham, Washington, man with two counts of vehicular homicide and two counts of vehicular assault in a crash that killed two high school students and injured two others out walking during a gym class. The Bellingham Herald reports that charging papers filed Monday say 34-year-old William Klein fell asleep in the passenger seat of his SUV after the collision, needed to be shaken awake and didn't seem to be reacting to the seriousness of the crash.
