    A driver was found dead Saturday night after he lost control of his car and it hit a utility pole and a dumpster, authorities said. The St. Clair County Sheriff's Department said the accident happened in the 3900 block of Old Oak Lane, near the intersection of Frank Scott Parkway and Illinois Route 158 at about 10:15 p.m. Deputies said the driver of the car, Harold Sanders, 56, of Belleville, may have suffered a major medical event, causing him to lose control of his Toyota Camry.
