    For 100 years, Aberdeen Proving Ground has been a major economic and social force in Harford County and a new exhibit, APG as Catalyst: Harford County's Changing Landscape, opens on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Harford Community College to commemorate the anniversary with "a scholarly, balanced and humanistic exploration of how APG's presence has shaped the lives, histories, economy and culture of Harford Countians." The exhibit will be open from 1 to 7 p.m. in the Hays-Heighe House at Harford Community College.

Honestly, I had basically forgotten until ESPN's announcers - while watching the game from Charlotte, of course - mentioned it during Tuesday night's broadcast in Ames.

In case you haven't been paying attention, Kansas State is 12-2 with two close, painful losses but also hasn't beaten a team in the KenPom top 75. One of the worst noncon schedules in the nation won't help come Selection Sunday, even if it will get at least a little better with a game at Tennessee.
