    On Tuesday, voters from Belfast, Belmont, Morrill, Searsmont and Swanville will get a chance to tweak the budget of their new school district before it goes to the polls later this month. The $25.7 million bottom line for the newly forming Regional School Unit 71 would restore several staff positions that were cut under the consolidated, eight-town RSU 20. It would also cost more than last year - an average of 9.3 percent across the five towns.
