Prosecutors had charged 55-year-old Todd Trottier with four counts of gross sexual imposition.

According to a press release from the Rolette County Sheriff, officers pursued a 52-year-old Belcourt man through multiple towns for roughly 45 minutes before arresting him in Dunseith, N.D., and took him to the Rolette County Jail.
