Adaku Agwu, 31, of the 1800 block of Brookside Drive in Edgewood, is charged with nine counts of theft $1,000 to $10,000, six counts of theft less than $1,000, three counts of theft $10,000 to $100,000 and two counts each of theft less than $100, vandalism less than $1,000 and theft scheme $10,000 to $100,000, according to court records.
