    Ahead of the Labor Day weekend, state troopers and Harford County deputies set up a sobriety checkpoint on Interstate 95 near Joppa that resulted in five people being charged, according to a statement from Maryland State Police. The checkpoint was located on the ramp from Interstate 95 north to MD 152/Mountain Road and staffed by officers from the Bel Air Barrack, JFK Barrack and Harford County Sheriff's Office, the statement said.
