    A 13-year-old New York boy was in critical condition after falling from the window of a moving bus in Edgartown this week, police said. Upon arrival, officers found the boy lying in the outbound lane of Herring Creek Road near Atlantic Drive at about 4 p.m. Wednesday, Edgartown police said.
