    A Huber Heights man was arraigned Aug. 4 in Greene County Common Pleas Court after a grand jury indicted him for sexual offenses. Steven D. McDowell, a former employee at Pristine Senior Living in Beavercreek, was indicted July 31 for 11 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, a fifth-degree felony; one count of voyeurism, a first-degree misdemeanor; and three counts of gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.

At the time of his arrest, Steven D. McDowell, 60, allegedly had multiple images on his cell phone that contained visual depictions of prepubescent minors in a state of nudity.
