An arrest warrant has been issued for Deborah Marie Salazar, 55, of Fontana, in connection with the Dec. 23 collision that fatally injured pedestrian Sandra Kay Todd, 53. Todd died three months later, on March 26, Salazar has been charged with vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and hit and run causing injury or death, according to Riverside County Superior Court records.
