VANDALISM, CEDAR ROAD: A Cleveland man, 19, was arrested and charged with vandalism, in this instance a felony, after he urinated on the floor and on clothing at 3:50 p.m. June 2 while at Express Clothing at Beachwood Place mall, 26300 Cedar Road.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- A sinking water deal in Cleveland Heights; a mall expansion in Beachwood; a robber with a gun in Shaker Heights; and a Memorial Day parade in University Heights all made the news this week in the Heights and Beachwood: On Wednesday, Cleveland Heights officials announced they would take no action, at least not right away, on on a proposed agreement for privately owned Aqua Ohio to lease and operate the city's water system.
