On Tuesday, witnesses in Beach Haven spotted a dolphin with cuts to its fins and body struggle in the surf.

"From July 1 to July 12, there were a total of five shark attacks, four of which ended in fatalities," said Deborah Whitcraft, founder and president of the New Jersey Maritime Museum in Beach Haven.
