About 3 p.m. Saturday, July 2, a 27-year-old man was dining on the patio section at Tavern 101 Restaurant, 101 Center Ave. "For some unknown reason, his vaporizer went off in his pants," said Bay City Public Safety Deputy Director Thomas Pletzke.
