Jasma Allen-James, 29, Rudolph Bredy, 38, and Antonio Noble-Santana, 25, were each arraigned on four counts of armed robbery, four counts of felony firearms as well as counts of fleeing and eluding police Monday, March 14, a statement released by the Albion Department of Public Safety said.

    Police arrested three people Saturday in Battle Creek after they allegedly robbed Parks Drug Store in Albion of prescription drugs and then fled police at speeds of more than 100 mph. Two men entered the store at 318 S. Superior St. about 9 a.m. March 12 and "held them up at gunpoint," demanding drugs from the employees, according to a statement from the Albion public safety department.

The allegations against the Battle Creek residents are laid out in an indictment that was unsealed Monday charging each of them with conspiracy to commit tax fraud, according to a news release issued Tuesday by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Grand Rapids.
