    A man accused of firing shots at a vehicle full of people in September is in police custody after officers chased him in their vehicles and on foot Wednesday. The Baton Rouge Police Department said John Sterling, 25, shot at a car on Adams Avenue near North 38th Street on September 6. Investigators said one person in the car suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder and was taken to Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center for treatment.
