    Around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday night, the Baton Rouge Police Department responded to a shots fired call, but were unable to find a victim. Then around 9 p.m. officials got word that there was in fact a possible victim and headed back out to the scene on N 37th St. near Cain St. A male victim was found dead on the scene, BRPD officials say.

According to the probable cause report submitted by the Baton Rouge Police Department, Kendrick Griffin has been charged for the fatal shooting that happened on December 29, 2016 outside the Duck Off Bar located on N. Foster Dr. The report states that Griffin got in a fight with Tharius Cutno, 32, of Darrow and a second 31-year-old victim inside the bar.
