    A man who had the rare distinction of being wanted on charges in Lehigh, Northampton and Warren counties is behind bars as of Tuesday, the Northampton County Sheriff's Department said. Sheriff David Dalrymple said the effort to arrest James Andrew Pratola, which involved the department's Field Operations Group, as well as Colonial Regional police , Walnutport police and the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Task Force is an example of the cross-jurisdictional cooperation he plans to make more common.

Leonard Altemose, of the 500 block of Monocacy Drive, Bath, was pronounced dead at 1:04 a.m. Tuesday at St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill about two weeks after a May 5 car accident.
