According to police, the woman, described as a heavyset black female approximately 5'4 with long, straight red hair, has allegedly handed out fraudulent New York City Civil Court notices the past several days to businesses and residents.

    A pair of ailing, substandard Northside homes have been sold to the Steuben County Land Bank to be rehabilitated and then sold to a homebuyer to promote individual home ownership. The properties at 161 Kingsbury Ave., and 232 Onondaga St., were initially set to be included in the recent Steuben County tax foreclosure due to two years of delinquent taxes, but were instead sold to the Land Bank.
